  • Reduced Commission Rate: Only 8% (standard is 10%) for two years

Financial Commitment & Security

  • Pay 1 year of booth rent upfront at an 20% discount

  • Funds held in an escrow-like account and not accessed until we open

  • If The Greenhouse Social™ does not open by September 1, 2026, your funds are fully refundable and you may cancel your agreement
