By purchasing a ticket, booth, or retreat pass from The Greenhouse Social, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms outlined above. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in an attempt to circumvent this policy, rather than contacting us directly, is treated as a breach of these terms. If a chargeback is filed for a purchase that falls outside our stated refund windows, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with your card issuer using our full terms and communication records, and to decline service for future bookings. Fraudulent chargebacks may also be reported to the payment processor and, where applicable, pursued as a civil claim for the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
